For an overview of what you find and do on this site, Getting Started is the best place to begin. It highlights most of the popular features with direct links to them.

Interactive Aids

On many pages, you will see Info or FAQ buttons like the sample shown below. These buttons contain additional explanations, instructions, data entry tips, or frequently asked questions about the item next to which they are located.

When you click one of these buttons a small dialog (not a web page) will pop up with the information. Your browser must have JavaScript enabled for these buttons to work.

Detailed Help Pages

There are also three tools for getting help with this site.

1. Page-specific help is available for almost all pages by pressing the Page Help link found in the last paragraph of each page description. Page Help addresses issues about filling in forms or what options are available.
2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) can be accessed through a link on the navigation menu. FAQs answer the hows and whys of the site's features.
3. The Site Map, also accessed through a link on the navigation menu, gives you a categorized list of the site's main pages. If you get lost or are trying to find a specific page, this is where to go.
