What if I forget my sign-in name or password?

What are applications?

Applications are forms that you can access from your browser that perform functions that many organizations need. For example, the way community organizations update their listing on this site is through an application. That application lets the organization change business hours and holidays, announce sales, or change contact information.

I am the owner or manager of an organization. How do I change the information for my organziation?

Glad you asked. As the person responsible for running an organization, you can maintain all the basic information found on this site, but first you must obtain an authorization code and instructions on how to access the User Maintenance application. These codes will allow you access to change any of the listing information about your business. There is no charge to you for this service -- it's FREE! In order to protect your legitimate business interests, you need to provide us with a few pieces of information that will help us to verify that you are who you say you are. To get this process rolling, go to the User Authorization Request page. It's not a long process and in most cases, it will take less than 24-hours for you to receive your authorization.

I noticed that some organizations have expanded listings. How do I get this additional information onto this site?
|
|
While this site provides a lot of information to the community about your organization at no charge, there are some things that could be categorized as promotions or advertising for which there is a small recurring fee. Once you are an authorized user, you can add this promotional information to your listing in the same way that you maintain your regular FREE listing. As with the FREE listing, you will be able to change the promotional information as often as you like.
